Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges may be accepted for items that arrive damaged or have an issue with the product. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item for review.

Exchanges are only available for the same item originally purchased. Please securely package the item using the protective materials provided with your order when returning it.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days. No additional payment is required for an approved exchange of the same item.

If you would like a different product, a new order must be placed separately.

Processing times vary by product. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.
